一、教学目的与要求

3、用刚学过的句子学会自我介绍,要求模仿正确,语调自然。

4、听懂课堂用语Standup,please.Sitdown,please,并作出相应的动作。

三、教学难点

四:教学过程

1、组织教学

教师面带笑容走进教室,先作自我介绍,用英语说I’m×××(教师自己的名字)然后用中文说我是×××。接着再说一遍英文。教师再说,从今天起我给

你们上英语课,我们大家一起学。

2、学习课堂用语Standup,please.Sitdown,please。

教师说Standup,please.然后伸出双手,掌心向上摆动,示意学生起立。教师再说Sitdown,please.掌心向下摆动,示意学生坐下。教师走到学生当中,边说边示意。全班学生做,小组做,最后抽查个别学生做。

接着,教师又站回讲台前,再慢速而准确地说一遍,让学生注意教师发音的口型。

3、学习单词Uncle

学习用句型Hi,I’m×××。Hello,×××。进行对话。

(1)教师在讲台前作示范,带表情和手势。要求学生注意看教师发音的口型和表情。

(2)教师再说I’m×××(教师自己的'名字)。注意夸大口型发出I’m的音给学生听。让学生模仿发音。告诉学生意思是“我是”。让学生在后面接上自己的姓和名,表示“我是×××。”

(3)教师带领学生反复练习I’m的发音。在基本掌握后,再带领学生操练这

个句型,让学生在I’m后面说出自己的名字。练习两遍后教师在黑板上写出Hi,I’m??这个句型,再教学生读Hi,告诉他们是“喂”的意思。

(4)学生自由练习句型,教师巡视指导。练习完后,请两位同学到讲台前表演一下。

4、总结本节课所学习的内容。

5、布置学生在课后多练习刚学完的这个句型。

Good afternoon , Ladies and Gentlemen !

My name is Wu Dan . I come from Yu Hong Primary School .I am very glad to be

standing here and talking about Lesson 10 ,which is from Fun with English Book 3 Unit 2 . My teaching report includes four parts .

Part 1 To analyze the book

1.There are 3 units in Book 3 . This is Lesson 10 . The central item is how to master another sentence to express “ What’s the time ? ” and how to buy something. Using

“ What’s the time ? ” hungry , cakes, bread and so on . We’ll study and drill the sentences and the word ’s pronunciation .

2. According to the teaching outline and combining the students ’ situation , I make the teaching aims of this lesson as follows .

a .The first is the aim of knowledge .

It’s to learn and master two sentences. What time is it? I am hungry and then using them to express the time and go shopping fluently and freely

b. The second is the aim of abilities

The creative spirit is quite important to the students. So I will pay much attention to train it in my class. Otherwise. I will try to train the students listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, Mainly improve their communicative abilities and encourage them to speak more English.

C. The third is the aim of emotion

Make the students have successful feeling and achievement. And make them be in English study.

3.Important points

The first is to master and use the two sentences. What time is it? I’m hungry. The second is to master the usage of the words hungry, cakes and bread.

4.Difficult points.

It’s the pronunciation of the two words. hungry, cakes, and how to use them fluently and freely .

Part 2 . Teaching and learning methods

Make the students take part in class . Ask and answer in pairs and groups . I’ll use

communicative method , discussing method and seeing and hearing method to teach this lesson .

Part 3 . Teaching aids .

In order to interest the students . I’ll use a clock , recorder , cards and some food as my teaching aids .

Part 4 . Teaching procedure .

Step 1 Revision

Before my class , I’ll get the students to sing an English song to keep themselves relax . Then I’ll use a clock to act it . What’s the time ? What’s the time ? It’s eight o’clock . I’ll show three numbers . When the students answer It’s ten o’clock . I’ll say : It’s ten . Today we’ll learn Lesson Ten . Then I'll put the clock on the blackboard .

Step 2 Presentation and drill

First I’ll point to the clock and ask , what time is it ? Students answer It’s ten . Then I go on moving the hands and ask .What time is it ?Students answer quickly .

Second I’ll drill the sentences What time is it ? It’s ----- .pairs in pairs or row by row .

Third When the students answer It’s 12:00 o’clock . I’ll point to my stomach and say .Oh I’m hungry .and I’ll eat a cake . Then I’ll go on saying I’m hungry .and I’ll eat another cake . I’ll act it four or five times . Then I ask a student to act it . I’m hungry , too . I’ll say two cakes , please .and the sentences .I’m hungry . Two cakes ,please.

Forth :Listen to the dialogue and answer my questions.

1.What time is it?

2.How many cakes?

Step 3 Consolidation

I’ll train the creative spirit of the students.

I’ll give them three please. To act the dialogue freely .First at the 219 Park,second fruit shop Third department store.

Step4.Homework

Encourage my student to the market to buy something with his friends or parent.

1、T: Boys and girls! Today we will learn Unit One Part C Story time. There is a funny story I want to tell you. It’s about a new PE teacher .

【设计意图】上课一开始向学生呈现课题,并且让学生明确故事是围绕一名新的体育老师展开的。通过“funny story”引起学生的学习兴趣。

2、接着“new PE teacher”一句教师依次询问学生:Do you have a PE teacher? Who’s your PE teacher? What’s he like?把学生带入“free talk”中来,通过师生之间的自由对话复习本单元三个最主要的疑问句以及有关外貌特征、性格特征的形容词。为了迎合学生的年龄特征和心理特征,课件设计的是体育老师的卡通形象,让学生在轻松、愉快的环境下展开本课的学习。

【设计意图】:在导课环节设计谈论学生的体育老师,让英语交流更生活化,拉近课堂与生活的距离。将学生们非常熟悉的老师在屏幕上呈现出来,学生的注意力完全被吸引,将大大提高课堂教学效果。

3、教师有目的的把话题引领到:Can he play football?---He is so tall and strong。

He must be a great football? Must he...?学生观看体育老师在操场踢球的视频。

【设计意图】:通过观看视频,让学生进一步熟悉“play football”的运动场景。让学生感知:shoot,scores等本节课的新授单词。引出本故事的主要功能句“He is a great football player.”,进而从这句话导入新课学习。

(三)New presentation(新授)

1、Who is the great football player?

T: Your PE teacher is a great football.Here comes another one.呈现故事中的角色,接着提问:Who is the great football player?Do you want to know?Now children,let’s watch the story. Try to find the answer.

设计意图:第一次观看故事,感知故事内容,在问题的引领下提高学生观看效率。

2、Why is Rabbit a great football player?

学生找到第一个问题的答案“Rabbit”,老师接着说:Look at the rabbit.Is Rabbit tall? Is Rabbit strong?What’s he like?学生回答:He is short and thin.教师接着提问:Why is Rabbit a great football player?Please open your book to P11,read the story by yourselves.You can underline the answer. 核对答案前,教师带领学生反复观看图片五的视频。依次呈现:Rabbit scores one goal.(记分牌1:0).Rabbit scores two goals.(2:0)...最后出现10:3记分牌。在观看过程中带领学生学习并理解:scores,goals,win ,ten to three等新单词和新句子。正确理解为什么兔子是一名很棒的足球运动员的.外在因素。

【设计意图】:第二遍课文学习让学生自读故事,在文章中划出第二个问题“为什么兔子是一名很棒的足球运动员?”的答案。学生边思考边阅读,能够积极调动学生的思维能力,捕捉更多的知识信息。通过PPT分解呈现兔子踢足球的情境,带领学生感受真实的赛场氛围的,逐步学习新的知识点,让学习活动更具实效性、生动性。

3、Discuss the new PE teacher.

教师:Why can Rabbit be the great football player?let’s discuss it. We can use the sentence “He must be...”to express your opinion.

【设计意图】:帮助学生分析兔子能够成为很棒的足球运动员的内在因素。使用故事中的新句型“must be...”以及本单元的核心词汇交流,为学生创造语言交流的机会。在知识掌握的同时进行适宜的情感教育:Don’t judge a book by its cover.

4、Listen and imitate.

【设计意图】:课文的第三次学习,学生看图听音模仿,进行语音的正确输入,提高学生口语表达能力。

5、Show time

【设计意图】: 听音模仿练习后,让学生进行小组活动练习朗读故事。最后进行角色扮演展示练习的结果。英语课程标准强调合作学习、探究学习,学生能够通过小组活动进行大量的操练,加深对语言形式和意义的理解。

6、Have a fun.

T: Boys and girls,you can act the story well。Now let’s have a fun,listen to a chant.

【设计意图】:根据故事的两条主线“预测中的老师”形象和“实际老师”形象的不同对比,编写了一段说唱歌谣,是对故事内容的一种复述和总结。

7、Describe the new PE teacher.

【设计意图】:根据故事内容设计了挖空填词活动,检查学生对故事语篇的理解。

(四)拓展练习

Find the goalkeeper.

T: 紧接着说唱歌谣的最后一句,教师表述:Rabbit is a greet football player.Rabbit is the new PE teacher,too!So he wants a new football team.Let’s watch. 观看视频后,教师说:They need a new goal keeper. Are you helpful,can you help him find the goalkeeper.小组内讨论确定人选,通过下面对话展示自己的选择和选择原因。

【设计意图】:《英语课程标准》提出:“基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力”。语言的运用能力必须在语言的的创造性运用中逐步形成。因此,在课堂拓展环节,结合本故事的文本内容我设计了让同学们帮助Rabbit 招募优秀的守门员的活动。环境创设符合生活实际,小组活动讨论人选并分析原因,然后分角色表演,鼓励全体学生都参与到活动中来,增加学生的参与度。

(五)Sum-up总结

看着板书带领学生总结本节课学到的知识点。

(六)Homework作业

Step 1 Revision

1 Review numbers 1-100. Teach numbers 101- 200. Tell the students to say one hundred and one for 101, one hundred and twenty-two for 122, etc.

2 Revise personal details: Whats your name? Where are you from? / Where do you come from? How old are you? What do you like to do? Whats your address? etc.

3 Get the students to ask each other in pairs and then to make a short report about their partners.

Step 2 Presentation

1 Use pictures or gestures to teach driver. Get one student to hold the picture or make the gestures. Ask What do you do? Help the student to answer Im a driver. Ask the students What does he / she do? Help them to say She /Hes a driver. Call out more students to hold the pictures or make the gestures for farmer, student, soldier, worker, businessman, doctor, shop assistant, nurse and postman. Ask randomly What do you do? What does she /he do?

2 Teach the questions. Get students to ask in your place.

3 Tell the students to stop holding the pictures or making the gestures. Get the class to test each others memory in pairs by asking and answering What does … do?

Step 3 Practice

SB Page 46, Part 1, Speech Cassette Lesson 101. Books closed! Ask about each person in the pictures: e.g. What does Hu Yulan do? Play the tape. Check the answers. Play the tape again. Students listen and repeat. Books open! Say Turn to Lesson one hundred and one, page 46. Students match the words and pictures in pairs. Check answers as a class.

Step 4 Look and say

SB Page 46, Part 2. Look at the pictures and help the students make up sentences like Mr Chen is a farmer. He works on a farm. For the other pictures, students may say Miss Hu is a driver. She works for a bus company, etc.

Step 5 Ask and answer

SB Page 46, Part 3. Read through the options. Point out the difference between on a farm and in a factory, etc. Play the tape and have students listen and repeat. Now have students ask and answer questions in pairs.

Step 6 Practice

Ask 10 students to represent the 10 people in SB Page 46, Part 1. Get them to say My name is Hu Yulan. I am a driver. I drive a car. I work in a factory, etc. Ask the class Whats his / her name? What does she / he do? Where does she / he work? etc.

Step 7 Workbook

SB Page 125, Wb Lesson 101, Exx. 1-3. Get the students to pick out the verbs ending in y from Ex. 1. Tell them how to change them into the 3rdperson singular form. Remind them that fly, carry and study all end in “consonant +y”. Then ask the students to pick out the verbs ending in /s, z, CM/. They should add es to watch, catch and pass. Use Exx. 2 and 3 for consolidation of what has been taught in this lesson.

Homework

Do Ex. 1 in the exercise book.

Revise the new words and sentence patterns in Lesson 101.
