在实际操作过程中，我们特别注重过程性评价的实施。过程性评价即形成性评价，是指在学习过程中以教师评价、家长评价、学生小组间的互相评价为基本方式，综合评价学生日常英语学习情况的一种评价方式。它强调以人为本，在学习过程中，重视对学生情感态度、语言知识、学习策略、团队合作精神及综合素质的培养，具有激励性、同步性等特点。根据英语课程评价的.要求，我们通过组员与小组捆绑式自我评价、组长评价、同学评价、教师评价以及形成性评价和终结性评价，激励学生全员参与，体验学习成功的快乐。具体实施主要有以下三个层次：

一、组内评个人

利用“组员评价记录表”，对小组内学生进行评价，每节课由各小组的记录员负责记录本组内组员的得奖情况。评价项目可随课堂实际情况分阶段进行调节，如果小组评价做得比较好，还可以从4个大的方面和20个小的观察点进行详细评价，如表格：
